How does the perceptive leader evolve? PDF Print E-mail

Have you as the boss…or your boss for that matter, crafted a leadership style that centres on authenticity; that means constantly communicating with employees about the company's important issues?

Do you or your boss, try to get across what you are like as a person, what you value (like spotless ethics or emotional maturity), and the vision you have for your business unit or business?

Rather than avoid the animosities, communication breakdowns, and jealous flare-ups that maybe across the management or executive team - as well as their own defects—do you confront these issues head on?

If the answer to all the above questions is "yes," then you have gotten over the “CEO Disease” by working with a personal leadership coach to become more self-aware and able to allow your leadership perceptions to evolve.

There is an old Yiddish proverb that applies to every organisational leader: "The fish always sinks at the head."

The leader with CEO Disease doesn't know the smell that he or she is spreading throughout their business.

The personally coached business owner or executive discovers what smell he or she is spreading across the business or corporate culture and works to make it a productive and positive scent.
