Thomas PPA System Overview

Essentially, the system involves a process that determines the behavioural characteristics of an individual and then, relates them to the behavioural requirements of the job. The procedure is very quick, extremely accurate, and it is easy to interpret with concise reports providing:

  • A clear behavioural picture of an individual (and/or a position)
  • How they can be managed more effectively
  • Their motivators, wants, needs and fears
  • Indications of stress and behaviour under severe pressure
  • Their degree of compatibility to a job (and/or team)

Employers may use our services on a consultancy basis whereby we provide the administrative support and expert consultation. Alternatively, organisations may install the Thomas Key system internally and become accredited to use the system as an in-house tool.
